  • 2 large servings of baby spinach
  • diced half a ripe avocado
  • Almonds, soaked overnight in water, 1 small handful
  • 1/2-inch-thick discs of zucchini
  • Olive oil
  • At least 2 tablespoons of tahini unhauled
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Water
