  • 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
  • ¾ cup baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
  • 2/3 a cup of honey
  • ½ cups yoghurt
  • ½ cup of Coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 to 3 ripe bananas: peeled
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

The oven should be preheated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line your muffin tins with muffin paper before baking.
Whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt are mixed together in a medium bowl.
Mix the mashed banana, honey, vanilla, coconut oil, and eggs in a separate large bowl.
Slowly incorporate the flour and honey into the batter, blending as you go.
Bake the muffins for 15 minutes after putting the mixture in the pan.
Use a toothpick to check if your muffins are done baking.
In the Centre, insert a toothpick and prick your muffin.
Your muffins are done when the tester comes out clean.
