It’s the drink of choice in India every day. Yes, Indians are undeniably enamored with our teas, and we can’t help but order one when we want it. However, while a hot cup of tea may not seem ideal in the heat of the summer, hey, tea isn’t always meant to be hot. Confused? This drink is made with 60 ml of tea-infused vodka and 60 ml of California grapes stewed in house syrup with milk roasted cloves.

Infused with scotch, this chamomile tea isn’t so old-fashioned after all. Just a tablespoon of brown sugar, three Angostura bitters, a bottle of tea-infused whisky, and you’ve got the perfect summertime drink.
