3) Juice of Oranges
Although you’d assume that most people only drank orange juice for breakfast, those who opened their refrigerators late at night and grabbed whatever was on the shelf proved you wrong. The milk carton is a better option. Unlike OJ, it does not cause heartburn that keeps you up at night.

4) Alcohol

To ensure that your body has had time to digest the food before you go to sleep, dietitians recommend eating a light, early dinner. Because your body is now focused on digesting the meat rather than allowing you to sleep, eating large amounts of heavy meats at midnight will ruin the entire ratio.
