Turmeric tea is well known for reducing inflammation and pain, boosting immunity, and lowering cholesterol. Simply bring three to four cups of water to a boil while stirring in two teaspoons of turmeric. After about 10 minutes, strain the tea into a cup and let it continue to simmer. For flavour, you can add some lemon, sugar, and milk.
5) Apple juices
Vitamin A, vitamin K, and vitamin E are abundant in apple juice and help to give your body a boost of energy. In addition to hydrating you, research show that drinking juice can enhance the condition of your skin, heart health, asthma symptoms, and weight reduction.
