JENNIFER LOPEZ will be spending her summer (12) with ENRIQUE IGLESIAS after announcing a joint tour.
The two superstars will kick off the 13-date trek in Montreal, Canada on 14 July (12) and perform shows across North America, including stops in Washington, D.C., Chicago, Illinois, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Georgia and Miami, Florida.
Lopez’s American Idol colleague, host Ryan Seacrest, unveiled the concert news during his Los Angeles radio show on Monday (30Apr12).
And the On the Floor hitmaker is planning to virtually invite fans backstage during the upcoming tour via her newly-relaunched interactive website JenniferLopez.com.
The website will feature special concert ticket giveaways, interviews, messages and photos from behind the scenes, while she will also use the page in the run up to the shows to give devotees sneak peeks at costume and set designs for the live dates.
Coincidentally, Lopez’s estranged husband Marc Anthony has also revealed plans to tour in August (12) with fellow Latin music stars Marco Antonio Solis and Chayanne. (MT/WNVR/MC)
